We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent records to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our SMS provider receives your number only to deliver our messages.

Our GLP-1 Info page has an optional form. Kindly Grace is operated by Royal Note LLC. If you request more information, your details go to Royal Note LLC, and they contact you. Kindly Grace does not sell or prescribe GLP-1 medication. The form exists so that you can ask for more information.

• What we collect: your first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and best time to reach you, state, ZIP code, primary wellness goal, whether you have used a GLP-1 program before, how you heard about us, the topics you would like to learn about, whether you are currently working with a healthcare provider, how soon you are looking to get started, your preferred language, and an optional message, together with the date and time, your IP address and browser type, and the exact consent wording you agreed to. This information is used only to respond to your request. The form does not ask for medical details; please do not enter any.
• Who receives it: Royal Note LLC, 6749 Fulton St E Ste A #2096, Ada, MI 49301, phone (833) 541-6910. Kindly Grace is operated by this company, and it is the only company your request is sent to. We keep a copy of the request and the consent record.
• Why: so that Royal Note LLC can contact you by phone, text message and email about GLP-1 wellness information. Your details are not sold, and are not shared with anyone else for marketing.
• Text messages: message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the SMS Terms for the details.
• Your choices: you can ask us or Royal Note LLC to stop contacting you or to delete your request at any time, using the contact details on this site.

Payment, shipping, email/SMS delivery and hosting providers — only what each needs. We disclose information when the law requires. We never sell personal information.
