Unused carafes with their tumbler, in the original box, within 30 days of delivery.

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the pieces.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; pack the glass well. We cover it if we made a mistake.
